I have been a member and I have sent multiple emails at [email protected]. I am missing reward points. The accounting is so bad it went from -355, to 345 and many other accounting of reward points. The company owes me approximately 1500 points. Please inform your "client" fix the error or I'll report you to the USA FTC. I screenshot you! You probably should find an email address for the survey site and email them. If that doesn't work, you can contact the BBB and file a complaint.
