NFriday Posted October 16, 2022 Report Share Posted October 16, 2022 I heard that it is not going to happen until 2024, but I am not looking forward to the merger. Apparently, there are antitrust concerns, and some of the stores will have to be broken off, such as Mariano's in the Chicago area. Ever since Kroger took over Mariano's the store has gotten worse.
