After looking at the rankings here last year i registered to GCloot.com and gathered myself 2x5 us dollar prepaid visa tango cards but i am living in Turkey and in here we have a phone authentication system on our payments that is blocking all other payment options if they are not belonging to a bank etc. These cards also lose like half of their value if i find a site that i can use them on my currency anyway. So i need a site a paying app or something close to that that can help me cash in these cards with minimum loss and use them somewhere.
