Gemini43 Posted February 8, 2023 Report Share Posted February 8, 2023 Has anyone noticed that Toluna has now developed the habit of allowing their respondents to complete a whole survey and then when they get back to the site, are told that the survey has 'Filled Up'? This has happened to me several times now. When I contact Toluna; no matter how plainly I explain the problem, I get the usual 'Standard' runaround letter,which seems to indicate that noone has actually investigated. I always have to write back, which involves e-mails going back and forth until one of us gives up! Guess who usually gives up first? Other survey companies will make sure they screen you out well before the end of a survey for whatever reason they think you are not suitable for them and I never been told that a survey has 'Filled up' after completion of a survey! Bal Posted February 13, 2023 Report Share Posted February 13, 2023 Toluna are a scam company, binned them years ago, still have their surveys pop up on other platforms and it's 50/50 whether you get paid or not.
