Live Tribe Survey Rewards

So many weeks blocked reward redemption for introducing new features they claimed, but after enabling, I can't do reward redemptions and can't see any new feature introduced. Their IT team is a disaster one. I have enough points for $100 value rewards, and once I calimed, I will unsubscribe from them and quit. Not sure they give any option to delete my personal information completely other than unsubscribe.

For the past weeek I've had the email saying my account is cancelled every day, but I'm able to get it reinstated, so that's a start I guess, and when I wrote them they gave me the points I needed to get my $50 reward, which I have claimed, and am waiting the oblititory 6-8 weeks for payment :( and then cancel my account for sure.  I have emailed them asking that now I've claimed my reward, can I cancel account, and if so will this stop my payment, but of course, I haven't had a reply.....  What is going on with this mob...nothing good that's for sure.

I try to redeem my points for a $20 Giftpay voucher, but each time I redeem points after a security question, my account is logging out and redirecting to the login page. WTF is going on with LiveTribe? I stopped attending surveys and want to get my reward for the valuable time and effort I put into their surveys.

Have applied for redemption nearly a month ago, got email saying rewards were being paid earlier than usual time wait etc., but still waiting...and since I made redemption, have had my account closed by them more than 6 times now, mostly have had email saying it was closed, but I could reactivate etc., but when I tried to log on this morning to check my reward status, found my account had once again been closed???  Have reactivated it of course just to check my status on the reward as I've said, but this time never got any email saying account had been cancelled, closed etc., ????  Also notice on the homepage, there are no topics for discussion, and no surveys available, or any surveys at all...so I'm kinda thinking that the site might have just died ??  I just hope I get my reward voucher although I don't think I'll hold my breath for it to happen.

Operations director, she is so unprofessional and always giving arrogant replies to my support queries; she suspended my account and deleted my hardly earned points, alleging I am holding multiple accounts. I have been waiting for my $30 reward payment for more than 3 months.

Today I completed one survey, but reward points are not added to my account; instead, I am redirected to a page that says "LiveTribe website is under maintenance...". Last some months/years, the same is happening without any communication; they suddenly put the website under maintenance for many days. Be professional and value your members time.

:-P just got my last redemption email....and not in the timeframe they usually have 4 - 8 weeks, but anyway, thanks LiveTribe for finally paying it.  Another nightmare was in the printing the bloody thing ....why oh why does the user have to do all the work...

anyway, it's printed, and I have just now cancelled my account with them and am wondering if I will get any email asking why as when I cancelled my account, there was nothing at all...
