I'm about $2 from cashing out. Will see when that time comes.

I did put a ticket in today

I wonder if everyone is having that issue or is it just some people

Same here. I was finally able to cash out. I also had to update my chrome browser app to be able to access their site and log in. One lesson learned from this is do not let that much cash sit in any survey site. As soon as you hit the min to cash out, do it! Remember, money in bank accounts earn interest....money accumulating in survey sites have no benefit. Cash out as soon as you can for all sites.

I am getting so frusterated with Paidviewpoint. There have been so many glitches ever since they revamped their website. They failed to follow the old principle that if its not broken, don't fix it. For the past couple of days it freezes up when clicking on their magic link to login OR just freezes up mid survey. I already sent CS two emails. Why did they have to take a perfectly good website and screw it up?? Currently I cannot even get into my Account. Circles just keep spinning. Am I the only one having these issues?

Happened to me today on a very long survey, at least long for them. It was worth almost $4 and I had to upload pictures. I was finally finished after 30 minutes (was supposed to take 20) and I did get credit. Never happened to me before AND usually their surveys take shorter than their estimate, at least for me.  Most other  survey sites underestimate the time needed to take their surveys.
