PaidViewpoint: Unable to Cash Out

I have been a member since day 1. I tried to cash out recently and got a message saying my PayPal address was not right. It said my
PayPal address should match the address in my settings. When I looked it up in settings, it has the email address that I use
to log in to Paidviewpoint not PayPal. I have never used that address for my PayPal address and cashed out many times without any trouble.
When I tried to change it they said that PayPal address was already taken, YEAH BY ME. Now I have to either forget about my earnings (over $50) or wait 180 days. My PayPal address has never been my Paid Viewpoint login address. My advice to you is checking your settings and make sure they have it right.

That is really a super mess. So sorry!

Is it possible for you to cash out for a different reward? Obviously paypal is your first choice. But maybe you have a second choice? Then when this who mess unravels your next cash out can revert back to paypal.

I am guessing that you contacted customer service..and they told you, you had to wait 180 days? sounds like a glitch.

Yes, I contacted customer service and that was their reply. They didn't give me a choice of any other types of a reward.

I wonder why you are not offered gift cards. I just checked and besides paypal, I am offered 5 or 6 different gift cards. Hmmm

When did you join Paidviewpoint?

Regarding the Paypal issue ,you can add more than one email address to your Paypal account (have 2 on mine). Have you tried that?

I joined when they first started. That was before they had PayPal, maybe that is why my login email is my PayPal address.

I joined when they started 12+ years ago. My Paypal address is the same as the one I use to access the site.
