Product Testing

I think I used to get one like at least once or twice a year, maybe more. Pinecone used to be really good for it. But lately it's been like once a year I might get one, if that. I can't remember if it was last year or the one before that I last did a product test with Pinecone. This year however I actually did one with ProductReportCard... The total I got paid for it was like $5... but at least it's something. I was offered to do another one and actually filled out my address for it (like I did the previous time)... thought I was for sure going to get it because I got to that stage but nothing ever came. I can't remember what sort of product I was supposed to get. I get plenty of offers to do a toilet paper product test through ProductReportCard but I keep turning them down cause during one of the things they make you agree/disagree to, it mentions that they collect, share, and I think sell your data... the data includes like biometric data etc and it's shared with like global data stuff or something and I was like, "Woah, that sounds like too much to me.". I get survey sites will share stuff at least mostly anonymously with third parties and I figure it's fine as long as it doesn't personally identify me etc... but that implied amount of possibly sharing/selling data including like biometric data, that's just too much. If it was totally anonymous I'd be fine with that but it didn't say that.

I recently got to test a dish soap.  It had been about a year since the last product test.  Many times I do not qualify.  Most product tests I get these days are on Clear Voice surveys or American Consumer Opinion.
