I'm in Canada & was looking for a new survey site to pick up as I've found quite a few of the sites I use have really slowed down with surveys recently..I'm wondering who uses Branded Surveys & is it worth signing up & how long does it take to cash out?

Thanks,

Green

I've been a member for many years and I don't do as well as I used to.  MANY surveys are closed for me but I remain a membet as cash out is fast and easy and I do continue to make a bit of money there. But beware of the fact that at least for me, I finish surveys frequently and am then told I don't qualify and get one or two points.  Also CS is not helpful in the least so I no longer write to them.

I'd give Branded a mixed review of  about 4 stars out of 10. Better than some but surely not as good as others.

(I'm in the US, maybe it's not the same for Canadians?)

Thanks, I've already noticed that about Branded as many people have complained about finishing surveys & not getting credited or finishing only to get an error screen & you get nothing ..the 4 out of 10 isn't promising

You get a lot of this survey is full on Branded, but it is currently one of my best money makers.  I have $76 in my account right now after six weeks.  It gets tons of great reviews on SP, and you can get five points for the daily poll, and five points for updating profile.  I have not had that many problems with not receiving the credit after I had already completed the survey, but I have received a fair amount of no surveys are available, and this survey is full.

I would personally agree with the comments above. The daily poll is nice, and there are always surveys available. However, they are often full, you regularly don't get paid for completing surveys (or get offered 1 or 2 points upon completion) and even when you do get paid, the pay rates on Branded are usually much lower than many other sites.

I would also agree with the customer service side of things. I have given up contacting customer service. Only once was I ever fully paid when I hadn't been compensated for completing a survey. Usually you get at best 30% of the points you are owed if any, and usually they give an excuse as to why they don't need to pay you.

As I say though, if you are using it as a fall back option when other sites dry up, then it can be useful.

I would seriously consider cashing out NFriday, unless you have a reason for doing so. Sites like Branded do ban people for no reason (I've not personally had it on Branded, but have on other sites and from reading posts on here others have been banned from Branded), and if they decide to do this, you lose all the credit in your account.

Lmao...guess Branded Surveys must've checked my comment on here since I had signed up yesterday...did a few surveys..had a few dollars in my account & got banned today...oh well...I guess they have someone on here who checks what people write...too bad don't want to be apart of a company that can't take criticism

Did they tell you what you got banned?  I haven't heard of anyone else being banned.  It is my biggest money maker, but it is also the one survey company that I spend the most time on.  Paid Viewpoint is my second most productive survey site, but I probably only spend 10% of the time I spend on Branded, because Paid Viewpoint does not DQ you, and 90% of the surveys are available.  Yes, I am going to cash out this Sunday after I get my bonus points.

I am so sorry! I better watch out too!

The last few days I have been doing good on Branded, and I have gotten lots of surveys to do.  I have $91.36 in my account right now.  I am going to cash out this Sunday after I get my bonus points.

I like Branded. I  am at Gold level and need to complete 25 surveys a month to keep Gold and I always make it. I do not qualify for a lot of them and not happy when I finish and no credit. I rarely write to  them anymore.

Lately, I am finding I do better on my Apple phone then my laptop. Not sure why.

I think Branded Surveys can be summed up by a recent experience I had with them.

I was taking a survey for 95pts and had answered 49/70 questions and it then told me that they were looking for a different profile. I don't know why but I did contact customer service (I very rarely do thrse days as it is pointless). I was told that they "wanted to ensure that I was fairly rewarded for my time" so gave me 10pts.

I think that the fact that they consider this fair speaks volumes.

I also think that like many companies they are very good with PR. Their bronze, silver and gold badge schene can come across as them rewarding you for loyalty. However, in reality it is them deliberately underpaying on surveys unless you complete 25 surveys a month with them. They spin it really well though.

I should add that Branded are by no means the only company using such a tactic.

I am so sorry  this happened to you. Also happened to one of my co-workers and my sister in the past month,. They were all members from back in the Mintvine days. So you are not alone in this. They got no explanation whatsoever, same as you described. Maybe they are getting rid of old members toi make room for new ones and it has nothing to do with your posts here? Unfortunately you will never really know why.
