Trustpilot

Just got a request for a Trustpilot review for Prime Opinion. After filling it out and submitting , I got a request for an upload of my photo ID that required a smartphone to do that (no phone here). Anyone else have that happen? Not comfortable sending that info , even if I could.

That us what is says when I go on there site

I am not doing either of those things

If they ask me for a photo I'D not going to happen

I was hoping it was some error on there end

They want your photo ID because they don't trust or believe you!!!!! Avoid them as if your life depended on it!!!!!!

I hadn't heard from Prime Opinion in ages and all of a sudden I started getting multiple survey requests daily, usually in the evening.  I won't fill anything out for them.  I thought I quit them.

Only emails I get from them are a normal weekly update one and now the request to leave a review.

Looks like the ID was not required as I just got an email saying the review is now live.

I use neither also but I am not computer savvy and don't know how to get rid of  it they had me clear and cookies but that didn't help I don't want to meet around with settings because I don't know what I'm doing  there support has been great they have been Messaging me all day trying to help they are giving it to someone else to see if they can    help. I told them that I will lose mg daily streak and they let me click on a box since today is my 7th day I won 200 points but still can't do any surveys.

Hopeful they can figure something out tomorrow

Let me know what they determine is the cause. Worked in computers a good portion of my life , so I do know my way around.

Not sure how but when I went on there this morning it was gone
