Is Anyone having issues with certain surveys not uploading

I am not sure what is going on.. but with Survey Junkie, Branded, etc.. certain surveys won't load for me.

Yesterday suddenly on my Smart tv, the free apps won't load.. I don't know if there is a connection between the 2.

I did all the steps I was supposed to..

Perhaps I should hook up a new modem

I am still on Windows 7 on my laptop

Windows 7 is ancient.  I think I got rid of windows 7 at least three years ago.  You can download windows 11 for free.  I have windows 10, and they still do updates for it, but not for windows 7.  Maybe it is time to get a new laptop?

To clarify, no.. I didn't do surveys on Smart tv. I do them on my laptop or phone. my internet was also goofy.

This morning, mysteriously, all is back to normal

I would suggest just getting a new or another pc instead of upgrading from windows 7.  I didn't upgrade my windows 7 when windows 10 came out and I am glad I just bought a new pc. Windows 10 messes up a lot of files and eats up my music files. Plus you don't have much privacy.  I keep really important stuff on windows 7 and I never let it go online .
