I clicked the link to see if I qualified for this panel, it took me to gloaltestmarket. Is this the wrong link or has this expired?

Usually when that happens, it's because GTM hosted the screener survey for signing up for the panel. Any survey company can host the screener for one of these panels, which is usually an online community with a certain number of members. Once the community reaches its goal for number of members, they cancel the screener. When that happens, the hosting company, in this case GTM, will redirect you to a plain sign up page, (mostly for people who may not be members yet of GTM, so they can join.) Many survey hosting sites don't have real-time updating of their surveys, so they may have screeners and surveys listed that are no longer open. So for those, when it checks with the orignal company and finds it's closed, it redirects to a common page like a sign-up page.

You didn't do anything wrong, it's probably just that they reached the goal of new member sign-ups. It's possible that they'll re-open it later and you can try to sign up then, because a lot of times, people will start on these communities and then lose interest, then making the companies re-open it to replenish members to obtain a certain number of people on there.
