Galomorro
Just canceled, or tried to cancel by emailing Cust. Service, Pollbuzzer. First of all I got some message about withdrawing points from me because of one of a list of apparent survey "offenses" - like rushing through it, answering the same for all questions or several more such no-nos according to their "rules." Then they said they are requiring cell phone numbers from all members. Well I am hearing impaired and do not have ANY phone at all. I do not think you should be required to give your phone no. to survey companies even if you DO have a phone. It should be up to you if you want to or not. Third, I cannot read their captchas, apparently required to contact them. Sure, I just lost some $16-something by eliminating them from surveys I will take, but if I need a phone no. or am unable to read their captchas, I cannot get in to redeem anyway even if I were not p*ssed at them for saying I committed some "survey sin" only they know about. I don't really like most of the companies I am registered with anyway for not providing sufficient choices. Like today I got a survey that listed a bunch of cars, asking what kind of car I have. But they left NO choice for nondrivers, so I had no choice but to quit the survey since I do not drive. Why can't they learn to provide sufficient choices for every possible survey-taker to answer honestly? So tunnel-visioned are moat of the survey creators.
