oldchap Posted April 14, 2016 Author Report Share Posted April 14, 2016 An update on this - tried logging on (to Talkinsights), got error that I'm not recognised. Clicked on reset password, said "Success" and password sent but nothing received Tried again a couple of days later, still nothing so clicked contact us link. lev Posted May 4, 2016 Report Share Posted May 4, 2016 I will ditch them as soon as I can, have 1500 points and 200 missing, c-s does not address my missing points issue, their picture login idea is rubbish but probably so are they now, to login is a pain in the neck and a huge waste of time.
