After about 15-18 minutes I get a message Quota Exceeded, the quota for your group has been met. This can happen at any time up until you submit the survey. Today they send me the same bleepin survey. I started it just out of curiosity. Sure enough they collected my demographics and proceeded to the main survey at which point I returned it.
