Anybody do survey PRJ-213029-QS2B2 this afternoon for a supposed 15 points? Not been rewarded or email been acknowledged. I know it's only today but I'm getting too many problems with OO lately whereas I've never had a single hiccup beforehand. Think I'm going to call it a day now with these they're really extracting the urinal.

If it was over a 20 minute survey I won't tough it at Opinion Outpost, Toluna or Survey Spot. I found all 3 will pull that for surveys 25 minutes and longer.

I used to do OO many years ago.  I did really well with them.  And then I noticed the surveys were tapering off and the pay wasn't immediate.  I finally had to leave them.  I did enjoy the good old days. Not sure why folks are still with them if it is this bad.

It's mostly 25 minutes and over that you have to watch them. They will let you finish most of the survey then throw you out with some excuse. I found under 20 minutes you have a fighting chance.

They seem to be fine for me. Been a member for a year or so and its been a very big earner. It's how the cookie crumbles though maybe. British users have a better range of surveys with very few timeouts/non payments, whereas elsewhere like Swagbucks, British members have next to no surveys, with others having lots of surveys which pay good.

On that note, it's even worse now on Swagbucks as they seem to have done away with their partner survey section. Since then, earnings have been around the region of £0.50 over a month and it's filled with pointless 20 minute surveys for a pittance.

I did 2 30 min surveys on OO the other day worth 25 points each with no problems.

I think a lot has to do with age and what you do or don't do. If I'm not right for the survey I feel they should DQ you right away, not wait till you're almost done. I'm in the U.S. so we get flooded by their surveys. That could also be why you do well and I don't do as well because the DQ me more then you. Don't get me wrong, I do make money there but not as much as other places and it takes me awhile.

OO is my best site but they have their share of problems. I now keep meticulous records when being offered, taking, and completing surveys as well as what they were about. I write them when I have an issue. They respond one out of six times. So, I keep a "Word" file of all my emails/complaints that I sent to them. When not hearing from them I just resend a new email with my last comments sent and as many as it takes until they respond. I never send a email/complaint on their support site. I use my email address so to keep records of my correspondents.

I've never had any complaints except getting DQ from a survey after 30 minutes of taking it. One of the reasons I don't take over 20 minute ones any more. I seem to do OK with those surveys.
