Harris Poll no longer credits 15 points for DQ's.

Just completed Harris Poll survey which was a Pinecone survey. Received 75 points which is 60 cents. Pinecone pays $3.00. Harris did not indicate worth of survey before taking it. I should have known better but I know better now. Fool me once but never again. Cheapos is an understatement!

Unless things change I'll be done with them as soon as I can cash out again.  It's been over a month now since I've seen any points for a DQ and they no longer tell you how many points a survey is worth before you do it.  Since that change happened, the most I've received from a survey is 75 points.

Yeah, I'm thinking of tossing them after the next cashout too - the pay was just on the right side of decent when screened-out surveys always gave you 15 cents. Now they do only every once in a while (I do see in my history that I received 15 points twice on the 22nd and once more on the 24th, so it does still happen). Their site is clunky, they use samplicious, which is super slow and clunky. I once sent their support an email once right when I found this hobby like a year ago, and then a followup a couple weeks later - never got a response from either of them. Their history says I haven't completed a survey successfully since the 7th, which I'm pretty sure there was one since then, which may or may not show up eventually. So yeah. I think this one's getting the ax once I get about 100 more points so I can cash out.

I already had a row with them just a few weeks back about not receiving dq points and same ole problem of not giving info at the start of the survey about the points/time thing and also about letting me know at the end of the survey of my points rewarded. I was absolutely miffed at them. I sent 5 or 6 emails going back and forth and then they only answered 1 of my questions. I too, when I get a few more points am dumping them.

The thing that drives me up the wall about Harris Poll is the preliminary questions.  They are too long, repetitive and have no logic.  If I state I have no children, why then have a page asking how old my kids are?  If I state I have no ailments, why give me three pages of every illness known?  Sometimes I spend more time going through these than taking a survey itself, and sometimes they find none at all after all the hassle.  Plus, Harris Poll only seems to allow two surveys a day, at least from the e-mail links they send.  Never tried actually logging onto the site to take one.

I did a Pinecone for them on 6/29 and I still haven't received my points.I thought that maybe it would take a few days to show up in my account.Guess I need to send them a email and like you no mention of how many points.Wont be doing anymore Pinecone for them if the pay is 75 points.Plus they never gave me a survey number.I had to scroll backwards on the survey to find what I think is the survey number.  I'm not even sure if the numbers I wrote down are the correct .My theory is they only give the 15 points to the surveys that  give the survey numbers at the beginning. No survey number, no points.

I've been seeing that with Outpost and Survey spot were they ask a bunch of the same questions that are as long as a survey. Harris was once a well respected survey company but does seem to be going down hill.
