Anyone else having problems with mysurvey.

I have - I've had surveys that have crashed with error messages at the very end once they have been completed. The surveys then sit as being incomplete, though when you access them again you get the message that they are completed.

 

I reported a couple of these to My Survey UK - their reply was this;

 

"After further investigation, it appears your participation was not recorded by our server. I am sorry to inform you that if the survey was not recorded as completed, the data you provided cannot be used, and points are never provided in those cases.

I am very sorry because I know it was due to technical issues, but there is nothing I can do."

Considering one of these surveys were quite long, its a bit of kick in the knackers to be told that you won't get anything because My Survey have a dodgy server!!

mh1971, I'm in the U.S. and am having the exact same issues as you've had.  I've also had alot of error messages when I try to log in.

I'm so feed up with mysurvey. I'm still not able to log in and now I'm getting the "500 internal server" error message. GRRRR!!! I just want to be able to log on and redeem the rest of my points and say good bye to them. 

 

 

Edit: I was finally able to log on to the site and I quickly redeemed the rest of my points. After I got the conformation email I went back to do more surveys it came me the error....again. I'm just glad I was able to redeem my points so long mysurvey. Get your crap together.

I took 3 surveys there today so it might be something with your ISP. Might even be the time you go there. Have you tried different times?

I've tried all day and night same results. I don't think it's my ISP. I've tried through my smartphone's data, and other places with WIFI. I've sent them an email telling them about having trouble logging on to the site and I haven't heard from them.

Maybe a server problem causing it. Like you can see, I'm in AZ so I would be on different servers then you because like I said, I haven't had any problems with them. Being the weekend and many of these sites are slow in responding to email it might take them a week to answer. Good luck on finding the problem.

Thanks! I really hope whatever the problem is it gets fixed because I really like their surveys.

BTW, you haven't changed browsers, have you? That could also cause problems because not all browsers will work on all sites. Just a thought.

I thought about that too but sometimes when I do a survey(I use Chrome) it will ask me to use a different browser(firefox). I've never had a problem before. I just sent them an email hopefully I get a response from them soon.
