footfree Posted August 8, 2016 Report Share Posted August 8, 2016 Got a envelope today with a prepaid return envelope and a 1 dollar bill to return the PT face cream.I remember some of you said no postage stamp or nothing.So why the sudden change?Probably had a lot of complaints about that .Good thing it came in today as I'm leaving on vacation. Well I had one company who wanted me to mail back a defective phone to them at my cost .I said no and then they said they would mail me a shipping label .Which is bad on my part but I cant remember if they sent it or not.Yeah I am not paying return shipping for any products they ship to me.
