Update I've had it with Opinion outpost

I posted 2 day ago that my account has been banned after 3 years with them, well its seems there is more into so I will explain even though it sounds weird. It seems that my account is randomly unbanned at random time during the day, I can log in fine, do surveys and all my points are there.. then the next day Im banned again then randomly unbanned and repeat. This bee happening to me for the past 3 days and I don't know what to do.

I sent them emails and all I'm getting is random automated emails, I sent them direct messages on their facebook pages and they said to me that I'm high-priority and they will get back to me within few hours with a solution but nothing happens. I honestly starting to lose my cool and I cant deal with this anymore. This is the worst customer service I've ever had with any survey company, I'm sick of keep playing Russian roulette with them and I'm sure they even know what the solution is so they are avoiding me or they have a major flaw in their system but they dont want to admit it.

I have been having problems with them since August 23rd. Problem seems to be a robot detection system which will not let you log in no matter how many times you try.

Hi thank you for your reply. Did you slove your problem? I havent managed to log in to my account in the past week end. It seems I can log in to my account when they send a survey via email, other than that my account is locked.

I'm telling you, these people are the bottom feeders.  I just crossed them off my list.  Hope they go outta business and then get in an  unemployment line with the people like me.
