Please start filing complaints with the BBB. Where it asks for people from the company that you contacted. Just give an email address who your wrote to and the complaint will go through. You aren't required to have names and addresses of who you spoke to. I have been compensated 2 out of 2 complaints so it does work.

My $20 VISA card arrived today. So it took 61 days.

I requested another one today. The page no longer shows my balance, and only the last few entries in my history. But it does say if I am or am not over the threshold for a payout, so I was able to request one. I'd like to get that page to function properly again, but they haven't responded to my e-mail about it.
