aminegriffy Posted December 23, 2016 Report Share Posted December 23, 2016 Hello my account is stuck on 1 survey loop and I can't do anything, basically I press find new survey and it keeps coming up with the same SSI survey saying that I already had done it before, this problem is only on my PC because I'm able to find new surveys on Tablet without issues. I have tried clearing out my cash deleting my cookies but nothing the same survey keep showing up to me no matter what. I also cashed out a £40 voucher yesterday that I haven't received yet, usually I get them within 10 min. So I'm wondering if anyone could help me or has someone faced this problem before ? it's been more than 24 hrs and I can't do any new survey because I'm stuck on the same one.
