neminem Posted February 21, 2017 Report Share Posted February 21, 2017 I used to love them, because while their support has always been junk, they used to at least routinely offer 5 minute surveys for 50 cents, which is respectable (when they weren't broken). Then they stopped doing that. For a while they were at least offering kinda ok pay, but their pay ratio kept getting worse and worse. I finally junked them completely a couple months back. JD Posted February 21, 2017 Report Share Posted February 21, 2017 While I don't love them, I do OK by them. Finding out some are paid more for the same surveys is not acceptable. Customer support is better if you call rather than email. Fortunately I have to contact customer support almost never. Which is a good thing.
