Resolution Research New Site?

Today I went to log into Resolution and the website is totally different. There is also no log-in button for existing members. I've been using this site for I don't know how many years. I'm pretty sure I logged in there yesterday. How does a site change completely overnight? And why wouldn't there be a log-in button? All I see is the form to register, which I shouldn't need to do. I don't even see a "contact us" button to ask them about it. 

I searched through deleted emails to find an old one of theirs, try to "take survey" just to see if it would re-route me and where....it landed on a "403 forbidden" site. What gives???
