It looks like I am kicked out

But I'm not.  Or am I?  I posted on the forum and then went on to other email and came back and it made me log back in, and when I did I was taken to the main page and it had my name, but then it wouldn't let me do any other posting just as though I was logged out.  But my name was at the top of the page.  That has happened twice today.  What am I doing wrong?

You're definitely not kicked out of the forum. When a user is banned, they see a message that very clearly explains they're unable to make new posts.

It sounds like you're having issues with sessions. The best fix for this is to log completely out of your forum account (make sure you're logged out of the main site too), then re-login. If this happens again (and if other users experience the same thing), please provide the exact things you did to create the problem. Bugs like this can be difficult to replicate and thereby fix, unless we have a step-by-step breakdown of what happened.
