GTM cost more to cash out Paypal then Amazon

Need 4000 points to cash out -however you have to have 4200 in order to get Paypal which is equal to $35.00.How can cash out 3850 points for a $35. Amazon gift card if you need 4000 LifePoints?Any thoughts on that?Also another thing I want to point out is if you were to get another gift card oh lets say TJ MAX it will cost less points then Amazon and or Paypal.So basically they are charging you more if you want the good stuff.

 

Or that's my thinking if I'm wrong please don't hesitate to point it out.
