alfigler
Has anyone been kicked off this panel? I attempted to complete a survey and the response was I was no longer active. When I emailed Chris Arnold, she/he said this During a recent review of panelist activity over the last several months, we have removed you from our panel. This could be due to lack of activity on your account or because of poor, inaccurate, or speedy survey responses which were flagged by our system. The email you are replying to is from two weeks ago. There may be an opportunity for you to participate in the future though, so please stay on the lookout for an email from us. Thanks, Chris To which I replied Chris, I appreciate your response, even though I do not agree with it. I am very prompt in answering surveys, don't rush my answers and answer truthfully. But . . . if you don't want me there's nothing I can do about it except complain to survey police. But what about points I have earned . . . can I access them or are they gone as well. And the email wasn't from two weeks ago. You will note that the date is April 10th and I emailed you on April 15th . . . not two weeks to my way of thinking. You, however, took 10 days to reply to me.

lmwynn
I had been a member of that panel for years and then in April all of a sudden I couldn't log in. I filled out the contact form and received no response. I then emailed Chris Arnold directly and still got no response. They must have removed me from the panel as well. Some kind of warning would have been nice, or even a response to my email.
