Each part took an hour to complete and the incentive was 1000 points (so worth about £8.69). I slogged through the wretched thing to be greeted at the end with the dreaded error page. I submitted a query via the mysurvey site and received a standard 'sometimes things go wrong' non-answer. They also had the cheek to mark my query as 'solved'. Not good.
