Anyone else have issues with LiveSample?

For the most part I love LiveSample cause they pay me well, however for the second time I've been incorrectly "had" by one of their trap questions. The first time it happened it was a question like "Select the name that starts with an 'M'", which I did but it said I selected the wrong choice and locked me out for the day... and again it happened today but with a different question, it was something like "Select all the items associated with 'such and such'." Again which I did but it said I clicked the wrong answer. I would complain about this to them but there's no "contact us" button when you get locked out and I get the feeling they'd do nothing about this like most survey panels do. Oh well, just thought I'd rant about it here.

I had no idea LiveSample actually had rewards, I thought one of those worthless sweepstakes surveys that no one ever wins.  It sounds as if they use the same negative psychology as OneOpinion.  I've been locked out in the past for a mistake such as yours.
