MintVine: Retaliation bans

Folks,

Mintvine has entered a new era and started banning capriciously for claims of proxy use, and perhaps in retaliation for submitting negative public feedback. 

I don't use a proxy, see a screen shot below. However, I use Spectrum hotspots all over Austin, TX, at coffee shops, Coworking spaces, Nonprofits, while attending symposiums, conferences, business presentations, social events at bars and other venues and I fill the downtime with surveys.  I don't think the tool Mintvine uses can distinguish this innocent use of available networks.

If you experience banning, evasive customer service and other attempts to deny you your earnings, file a BBB complaint.
