Fed up with Harris Poll

Tried calling Harris on Monday and did get the operator. She put me through to the proper department , but the phone went to a machine. Left a message - hopefully they will call back.

I highly doubt them  calling .Like I mentioned I went through the BBB  and because of the BBB they managed to give me 50 points a piece for the 4  surveys I felt like it should have been more  but at least  its something .Anyway  did 1 survey since  they did credit me the 100 points right away .But now nothing .Still do not have yet enough to cash out .

I got one  for 100 points   like the next day and it was credited right away .

Not possible. The reason I have been trying to contact them (email , FB , phone) is that all activity on my account and invites ceased on 6/21 without any reason given.
