ksedwar
I had heard of this from somebody a while ago but forgot about it and never checked it out. Me too. I just found it again and we get a lot of Amazon cards for surveys so figured it was a worthy topic for the forums.
1957horses
I'm getting my husband a new snow blower for Christmas using about $900.00 of my survey amazons I saved this year, I I will do it on the smile amazon next week................................ I don't want him 'GOD forbid' him to have a heart attack shoveling all that snow like last year. He is 61 and I need him. Our driveway is about 500 feet away from the street........................ NFriday
Hi- This group that I sing with in the Chicago area has a myriad if fundraisers, and this is one of our fundraisers. We are also signed up with igive, but I did not realize until our treasurer mentioned it during announcements that you can log into igive, which has over 1,000 companies that your group can get money back from. You have to log into the igive website, and then from there you click on the website that you want to shop at. At igive though Amazon only gives our group .4% for electronics, A/V, and ebooks, and .8% for everything else. Amazon pays .8% for every purchase. I just found out last week that I can log onto igive, and then click on Amazon, and once I get on the Amazon site, I can log into Amazon smile. That way I can buy a tv, and get .4% from igive and .8% from Amazon smile for the same purchase. I just went to igive a few hours ago and logged in, and then went into Sears and purchased a microwave there. Our group will now get 1.6% back. I think my tv is on its last legs too, and I am going to use most of my Amazon GC to buy a new tv as soon as I receive all of my GC. I have at least $60 worth of GC from myview that I have to claim, and so I might have to wait 3-4 weeks to get my tv.
footfree
I have already joined. My sister passed away from ovarian cancer 7 years ago so I made sure my participation goes to that charity. As for my husband he choose St.Judes since all the funds stay with them.It definitely is a worth while thing to join.Just make sure to log in under Amazon Smile so they get the proceeds.
