Hi- There aren't many good reviews for them on reseller ratings. I have personally heard good things about raise from people who have bought GC from them. You can also sell them your gift cards

I sold a few cards to Plastic Jungle before they merged with CardCash.com. I haven't ever used Cardpool but if I were to sell again then Cardpool would be at the top of my list. Gift Card Granny is a gift card buy/sell search engine that lists the best deals for trading gift cards.

Hi- I found out about this deal on one of the couponing sites I visit. Thornton gas stations is selling gift cards for 20% off through December 31. A lot of the gift cards they have available are restaurant ones like Chili's, and Cracker Barrel, but they also have Amazon. The Amazon ones are hard to find. This is going on in the Chicago area, but I assume it is nationwide.

Hi- I found out the Gc are only available at Thornton stores in IL,IN, OH, TN and FL. There is a discussion about this offer on slickdeals.com. Some Thornton stores take cash only when you purchase credit cards.

Should have put more thought into my purchase of gc's from Card Pool .

1.Never thought that they would have to check the balance (but of course they need to)they do this buy scratching off the code on the back.So when you give them as a gift with the code scratched off don't you think the receiver will look at you funny?

2.Then what if it wasn't Card pool who scratched the code it but the the seller who wrote down the info and is waiting to use it later?I checked the codes and the money is in the account (for now)but what about later.I paid for them by credit card but when payment is due and I pay it I cant go back to the credit card company and have a refute if someone uses the card after I make my payment to the credit card company.

3.The cards looked like someone had them for a little while and they don't look crisp and new.

4.While I like the idea of the discount I would rather purchase them for my own use.The whole point of giving someone a gift card is so they can go out and pick out something on their

own.I'm not going to go to the store and use the card but it almost makes me think that I should.
