Trueblue
I am too angry to explain but just had to put this out there!
neminem
Granted, you didn't give us details, but I'm not sure I agree... OO's support has always been pretty craptastic. They're one of my favorite sites, because they always have a ton of surveys available, and they pay on the right side of average per time spent, but yeah... when something goes wrong, they're pretty much up there with GTM as far as likeliness that they'll actually respond to your request, and if so, likeliness that it will have anything to do with what you asked about and provide any kind of resolution... JD
Their support has been both good and bad in the past. Still earn fairly well. Took a 4 month break from them at the end of last year so haven't had much recent interaction with support.
Trueblue
well the issue simply is you fill out a normal support ticket whihc includes the survey number. they respond asking when you compleyed the survey and what it was about as they say they need this to respond. HUH??????????? Logic says to me that when is a few minutes prior to the member inquiry and if the survey number does not answer what the subject is, well........ theskyhunter
exactly!!! that last sentence says it all. GTM is so bad about that too. OO and GTM are not really too helpful as far as "support". ive been with both panels for 7 or 8 tears now and they have both gone so downhill, its pitiful. its like you hire a lawyer and then tells you to go and do all the work or like hiring a PI and then he tells you you have pound the pavement. I think they do their best to get us rattled and so mad that we just give up, thus they save money for themselves.
