paxmysticus
Looks like they have gone, according to moneysavingexpert http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5412241 Annoying, they are still sending me surveys! I did one today. What's going on?
footfree
Cint is bad I don't do Cint surveys. They have always had a bad reputation and it looks like they still do.
neminem
Yeah, Cint pretty much sucks big-time. Mostly makes me sad because future talkers seemed like a pretty great site, except now they're a great site that "partners with Cint to give you more surveys", so half their surveys are great, and the other half are Cint based. I've definitely chucked any sites at this point that are all cint-based, though.
Administrator
It looks like Effective Opinions UK has shut its doors though the panel itself may always be bought by another company, as it's pretty rare for a site of that size to just throw away their database of members. We were contacted by a helpful user who provided this link which seems to work for members wishing to log into their accounts: https://panel.cint.com/c2bb92c7-b60e-4550-aae9-58d9ca645c7bIt's possible that Cint may continue sending surveys and honoring rewards so all hope is not lost. wishworks
Just used the link to get onto this site and managed to redeem as normal - money went straight into my paypal account so id suggest redeeming now in case it does close
Administrator
We've received confirmation from another user that they were able to successfully redeem their Effective Opinions earnings through Cint. It appears that Effective Opinions is continuing to send surveys via Cint, even though their website itself does not appear to be functional. If you continue to complete surveys Cint sends and manage to earn a total of £8, you should be able to request your earnings without issue. gothicsmurf
I've just received an £8 payment from Effective Opinions too. Was a little concerned I'd lost my earnings when I seen their website was suspended, but it seems they are still honouring all survey earnings. Glad I checked here 1st and seen the link above to access my account.
lev
Just got out in time as I was able to redeem and I then ditched them. I noticed something recently, when a panel get silent (or even any company), for panels even if they still sending out surveys but their c-s changes (gets bad, don't reply to emails etc), it means something is going on and usually it's a closure/bankruptcy etc
