Just when I didn't think that they could sink any lower...

Whoops! I kept trying to submit my reply but it kept acting like it wasn't going through so I kept hitting submit. Then I refreshed the page and hit it again and it went, but I discovered it apparently went through the other times too without showing me. I'd delete all the duplicates if I could but I don't think I can. It's only lets me edit.

A year or 2 ago give or take, for a while I kept getting random calls on my landline. Pretty sure I never used my landline on any survey sites but I'm sure they could look up phone number associated with addresses and whatnot. I noticed some sites I use route through dynata often, etc. Long story short I did a phone number search on the numbers that were calling the landline and they were dynata. They kept using different phone numbers so blocking them wasn't very helpful. The number is on the do not call list but apparently surveys are still allowed even if you're on the do not call list. They shouldn't allow surveys types of calls to still come through, cause who wants to do phone surveys? Not me. Anyway, I'm not sure if those calls were a result of being on survey panels that route through dynata etc. But I'm suspicious about it lol.

Okay, not ALL of them. They still have a $5 restaurant.com gift card and they still let you take out an amount as little as $3 for the virtual visa debit card thing. I'm not going to use the restaurant one cause they hardly have discount vouchers for any restaurants I go to in my area, and the ones they do have that I'd even go to I rarely visit, in fact I still have some vouchers from 2018 I still need to use up somehow. And the virtual visa debit card, I feel kinda silly getting one of those for just $3. I'm aware that you can transfer that $3 balance to Amazon (last I checked). If it wasn't for that I'm pretty sure those would be totally pointless to get (correct me if I'm wrong). I'd only want to use the virtual debit card if there were absolutely no other options. They had $3 and $5 options for Amazon and PayPal both, but for some reason they took those away. Those were the only 2 that I was really happy with. When I started out on the panel I kept using their PayPal option but then they took that away, so I used Amazon, then they brought back PayPal. Now I can't do either or those unless I wait until I have at least 1000 points for the $10 options. I wonder why they took away the $3 and $5 options? Maybe too many people were choosing those? Meh.

Just tested it at Google's test site and it now works. Per Mozilla , the issue affected all versions of Firefox - current and prior - so it was something on Google's end. Looks like it is fixed or close to it.

Did a search and it seems that starting this month (May 2024) , something in the Firefox code broke that causes this issue. just have to wait for it to get fixed.

Is anyone else experiencing this? When the box is clicked , the spinner just spins and never connects. Been happening on any survey using it on all sites , at least in Firefox. Just started today.

Do you have any phone number or contact information for them that works where they get back to you? I'm in the same toothbrush study. I got the toothbrush, I was supposed to get a survey today after day one, they did not send it to me. Somebody sent me an email early in the morning claiming that they had already sent it. I checked my inbox, my spam, my trash I never got one. I've spent half the day trying to contact them email and call them to get them to send me the link. If you have any information let me know. I really wanted to be in the survey and give my opinions and I need the money being a disabled senior citizen. I can't understand why I never got the link, why they're claiming I got the link and why no one will send me the day one link.
