Lifepoints closed surveys
episemion replied to episemion's topic in General Online Surveys Discussion
My speakers that I bought in 2005 are OK , but the monitor bought at the same time has a backlight that is starting to fail. Just bough a larger one at Walmart and will be replacing it. -
Lifepoints now has a Netflix option
episemion replied to NFriday's topic in General Online Surveys Discussion
I cancelled cable when I went on welfare. Now on SS , still cannot afford it. My TV is an RCA 27" old style. Still have a working VCR in case I want to watch tapes. -

Anybody getting an application error on Lifepoints?

Haven't gotten any errors, but I also only completed that 50 point survey. Not much else there for me today. -

Before I knew any better, Prize Rebel was the first site I ever used to do surveys. I still pop in now and then to collect a few free pennies when offered, and when I'm out of surveys elsewhere. Takes me months and months to collect the $5 cash out, and Prize Rebel is DQ central! Can't recommend unless desperate. -
Anybody getting an application error on Lifepoints?
NFriday replied to NFriday's topic in Rants and Raves
I finally just completed a Lifepoints survey that was worth 50 points. At first they would not let me do it, because I had another survey that I had not completed, but I could not go back to that other survey to complete it, and so I said I would rather pass on that survey. After I completed the survey worth 50 points, I got two surveys that were closed. It was really frustrating today on Lifepoints. -

Prize Rebel has Netflix GCs I noticed. Does anybody here do their surveys? -
Anybody getting an application error on Lifepoints?
NFriday replied to NFriday's topic in Rants and Raves
I was able to start a survey, but then when I was working on the survey, it froze on me. When I tried to move on to another survey, it told me I had to complete the survey I started first. When I tried to get back to the original survey, it just went to my list of surveys available. I've got a feeling that I shold give up on Lifepoints for a while why they try to work on their problems. -
I just tried to do four surveys on Lifepoints, and one survey was closed, and for the other three surveys I got an application error message. Is anybody else getting this error message? I have some more surveys I could do, but I am afraid the same thing is going to happen. I did get a survey worth 580 for a diary that I have not tried yet.

I finally got my computer speakers to work, and so maybe I can do some more Lifepoints surveys.

Lifepoints now has a Netflix option
NFriday replied to NFriday's topic in General Online Surveys Discussion
I would only do it if I could get it for free. I have Sling which is a streaming service that I pay $40 a month for. It is way cheaper than comcast. I am addicted to CNN. My tv is a 43" Sony tv that was a floor model at Best Buy. It was originally a $600 tv, and I paid $270. -

Saw that as well. No interest to me as I do not watch TV (too expensive). -

Anybody a member of freecash?
NFriday replied to NFriday's topic in General Online Surveys Discussion
Anybody else here a member of Freecash? I noticed that they also have Netflix GC. -
I noticed that Lifepoints now has an option to redeem your points for Netflix. I just checked, and I am currently able to cash out for a $25 Netflix gift card. Does anybody have any idea how many months of Netflix that would be for the Netflix with ads? I have never had Netflix.

Anyone have trouble getting FiveSurveys to work?
Mommabear replied to avemaria's topic in General Online Surveys Discussion
Not a coincidence.. happened to me too.. also since I belong to Prime Opinions too, they seem to 'split' the surveys between both sites. PO gives me the lesser paying, shorter ones. 5 Surveys gives the longer ones. I worked on one from them yesterday that took me over 1/2 hour and upon completion, was disqualified. I wrote customer service and got the same old canned response -

Anyone have trouble getting FiveSurveys to work?
Useless replied to avemaria's topic in General Online Surveys Discussion
I'm always surprised at the number of surveys with zero stars, but that's encouraging to me because it means that new surveys are being added all the time. I don't usually pay attention to the number of stars, though, because it seems to have no bearing on whether I get to finish one or not. -

Anyone have trouble getting FiveSurveys to work?
avemaria replied to avemaria's topic in General Online Surveys Discussion
I'm starting to notice a pattern on that website.. when you reach the $5 mark which causes you to start over to earn the next $5 before you can cash out again.. mysteriously a lot of the higher rated 4+ surveys show up.. I do a couple in a row and sure enough once I get to 3 out of 5 done my screen is full of 3 stars or below surveys. It's like they know you're more eager to get to the cash out so you'll put up with the more unfair surveys people have rated poorly. Could be just coincidence. I get a kick out of the 60 minute surveys on the list.. they pay a dollar per survey so I'm not sure who is doing the longer ones but not me. -

Right now I can't get my computer speakers to work. I got a survey on Lifepoints where I had to identify a sound. I passed on it because my speakers do not work. When I tried to switch to another survey, it would not let me until I finished the first survey.
