Do you have any phone number or contact information for them that works where they get back to you? I'm in the same toothbrush study. I got the toothbrush, I was supposed to get a survey today after day one, they did not send it to me. Somebody sent me an email early in the morning claiming that they had already sent it. I checked my inbox, my spam, my trash I never got one. I've spent half the day trying to contact them email and call them to get them to send me the link. If you have any information let me know. I really wanted to be in the survey and give my opinions and I need the money being a disabled senior citizen. I can't understand why I never got the link, why they're claiming I got the link and why no one will send me the day one link.

Usually I get the Nielson surveys which I can complete 95% of them. Now they are they are using differnet routers like a typical survey company such as survey junkie. I cashed out I much as I could. I wouldn't be surprised if I see Sample Cube or Itraffic routers next.

It keeps saying therer are no surveys which has never happy before. Maybe I've been kicked out?

I terminate the survey if it's a repeat, as I don't want my IP address or survey account potentially flagged for multiple attempts. However, I've had some that were very similar but had a couple of different questions or products to evaluate, so you never know. Let's just say I've never had a problem even if I accidentally took the same survey twice.

I take so many surveys each day that I can't keep track of which ones. Even if they same the same, they may differ

I had around 5 closed surveys in a row yesterday, quite amusing. There were only about 8 surveys on my dashboard to begin with. I can tolerate being DQ'd if I don't qualify for a survey, but having most surveys close before I can even try to take them is annoying.
