I always get a reply although it can take a few days. Maybe things have changed since I joined about 7 years ago but my username is not my email but 6 digits. Karen's email is [email protected] I hope you get it straightened out. I love Pinecone because at the end of the survey, they usually ask if you are willing to try the product.
