Opinion-Central (C.Arnold) advising of shut-down

I received an email today from C. Arnold, advising that the Opinion-Central site was closing down and providing me with an opportunity to cash out my remaining points. My first response was absolute panic and dismay because I have several favored sites with Opinion in the title and mistakenly thought it was one of them.  When I couldn't find Opinion-Central listed in my survey folder, I figured it was one I signed up for that ended up not being worth pursuing so I hadn't even bothered to keep a bookmark.  OK so blood pressure back down to normal and I went ahead with the cash out (surprised that I had any points with them at all).  But since I can't remember the last time I saw a survey invite from them, I wonder if it was known by a different name.  Anyone out there who can shed some light?
