If they are blowing you off, get on the BBB website and file a complaint through them. That usually gets answers when a survey site is ignoring you. rosiesmom Posted July 12, 2020 Report Share Posted July 12, 2020 Yeh, they don't like you using the FB page to ask them direct questions. I had an issue with not receiving points for a purchase through them. If I hadn't followed up month after month, I would never have received those points.
