cricket Posted April 4, 2023 Report Share Posted April 4, 2023 I cashed out a few days ago and I got the spinning circle. I gave up and went to PayPal. I have zero so the money was not transferred. Yet, I got a letter from Prolific saying it will take a few days. I wrote to them and they said my money is ready to go once the PayPal problem is fixed and my amount is saved in a queue. I also got a message on Cloud Connect that PayPal is not working now. What's going on? I hope they fix it. I trust Prolific, love them but I worry that something has gone wrong. Anyone else have the same problem? I have more money in Prolific and normally would cash out but don't want to get stuck again! I'll wait until my first payment comes through. I paid for something online through Pay Pal, and the money was withdrawn from my debit card, and my bank froze my debit card, and did not tell me Two days later when I tried to use my debit card, it would not work.
