ACOP "Secure connection Failed" not taking me to survey

 I use Firefox which is always updated and for about a week now, EVERY TIME I clk the survey link from an ACOP survey invite, I get this error page "Secure connection Failed". It's been happening for about a month now and most times it would go thru to the survey after 3-4 tries. For 2 days now, it will not go thru at all. I've tried using Edge browser and am having the same problem. Anyone else having this problem and if so, do you have any recommendations for firefox settings that will prevent this error?

 

 I just finished a daily diary for a product test and was getting "reminder" emails almost daily from the researcher to complete diaries which I had already completed. I ended up doing the diaries with the new Msft Edge browser and seldom got the reminder emails when using edge to complete the diaries/surveys.

 

Is this a browser issue or an ACOP issue?
