footfree Posted November 30, 2016 Report Share Posted November 30, 2016 Is it me or are all these companies having technical issues first GTM then Ipsos and now Tango.I got a reward from Livewire went to cash it in and it said it was invalid.So I went to log on thru Microsoft thinking I'm having issues with Mozilla but no that didn't work,first of all I cant remember my password so I sent request to reset that.Which it took them a few minutes to send ,then I set that up and now it wont recognize my password.So I went back to Mozilla where my password is saved and when I hit that button the screen goes dead(but before that it said I have that so called missing livewire card in my account). So I called ,then I clicked button to speak to their tech dept and they say they are currently busy with other calls and to call back later,and yes every button I clicked on the phone said the same thing.What the H--- all I want is my tango card.I'm guessing this is not a good time a of year to deal with getting my money or support from companies.
