  1. They've been getting worse for quite a while in my experience. Many of the images shown are grainy and difficult to make out.

  2. Totally drives me nuts too and many others as well! You are NOT alone. I don't think it is okay to leave out anything, even a tiny tip. But the problem here is inconsistency as mostly leaving any little piece out doesn't work. But every once in awhile it does. They are truly a royal pain in the butt!!

  3. i have been coming across more and more surveys that ask for your full name, address and phone number when you start the survey. and it is not for those that are sending you a product to test, just the start of a normal survey. i close out of those now when i see them. YouGov asks for that same information at the end of a survey which means you have spent time on that survey and then you have to give them all that info to continue. it's bad enough they can track me by my IP address but now want my home address????

  5. I agree it's nothing like it used to be

  6. Paid Viewpoints is really good once you get your trait score raised to 10,000. Until then you get a lot of $.10 surveys. I think yougov is good too, and Clear Voice. Survey Police also has a list of the best survey sites every year.

  7. Need some tips on getting thru these reCAPTCHA walls before doing a survey. Mainly the original ones , not the newer ones that fade in etc . Is it ok to leave out a tiny tip of a motorcycle tyre ? Drives me nuts !

  8. Thank you for the confirmation- I thought it was my aging eyes!

  9. Been there. There have been many times of late where it appeared all parts of the object were selected other than a micron touching another square that caused it to go to another reCAPTCHA. Sometimes that has required 4-5 tries to get it accepted. Quite annoying.

  10. I was trying to do a survey on MyPoints and had to try to get through the reCAPTCHA first. It was so horrible and I did take my time, but I went through many of the reCAPTCHA screen and was finaly thrown out and got a notice from MyPoints that I was being suspended from taking surveys. I did gently protest and complained about the reCAPTCHA and they had a change of heart. Ridiculous! I did tell someone once about this and they suggested that you should have 3-4 of the boxes checked, but no more. I just hate those things!

  11. I made a ticket help a third time and I was told that a developer will take a look. Two days later, that is now, my balance is back. So are the surveys !

  13. I've had a goodly number of surveys the last week or so and cashed out again yesterday.

  14. Often they will tell you at the beginning 'this survey will take 10 minutes ' then they get you on what I call the 'survey go round' as you don't qualify after 10 minutes and then it's on to the next and the next..without a penny

  15. I got that question this morning too.. of course I was kicked off. If I had the money to spend 1000 dollars on a handbag, I wouldn't need to do these nonsensical surveys and they are becoming more non nonsensical and redundant by the day. They can't think of anything new.

  16. So do I. I don't choose long surveys deliberately because I've spent too much time on them only to get DQ'd at the end, so I'd rather stick to the shorter ones. I suspect it's because many screeners bounce you around. One screener I get a lot says "we're finding you a survey." What about the one I clicked on in the first place? If it's full or whatever, bounce me out and let me find my own substitute.

  17. Got that last week. Don't know anyone who would be interested either. Besides Pinecone is at present nothing more than a shadow of its old self and I'd never recommend them. Sorry to be so harsh but I truly believe this to be true.

  18. Just got the following: 1) Do you have any pets? None That was the ONLY choice. I have 2 dogs but since I had no choice but None I clicked on None and got the following: "We are sorry but you do not qualify as we are looking for pet owners" Go figure!

  19. I have also had that before Another one is How many children do you have Answer none Survey How old are your children

  20. i get many that give you a list to chose from, but there is no NONE OF THE ABOVE. you either pick something that is not applicable to you or just x out of the survey.

  21. I just did a few surveys on Paid Viewpoint. I had problems with one of the surveys loading, and when I tried to move on to another survey, it told me I had to complete the other survey. I also had a survey that probably took me 15 minutes to complete. I had to give my opinion on a new product, and I think I only got $.30 for it. I did four surveys though.

  23. I terminate the survey if it's a repeat, as I don't want my IP address or survey account potentially flagged for multiple attempts. However, I've had some that were very similar but had a couple of different questions or products to evaluate, so you never know. Let's just say I've never had a problem even if I accidentally took the same survey twice.

  26. I never recalled hearing of this company or signing up for them (but must have signed up with them in the past). Out of the blue I received a phone call from them inviting me to participate in a 1 hr Zoom research study for them. I cannot disclose any details about the study itself, but it went very well! They sent me the link to join a couple days before the session (it was my very first Zoom focus group). I was just paid (4 days following the study) via Paypal as promised. I was a little nervous since I never heard of them before, but it turns out they are legit. Anyone else have experiences with FieldGoals.US?

  27. Surveys have been coming just as often as before again. One thing that has become better is that after I cashed out via Paypal, I received my money within the hour. In the past, it used to take a couple days for the money to get into my Paypal. I am now happy with the new design.

  28. Here's a gimmick I've never seen before: "Complete a paid survey 5 days in a row and unlock a 10% point boost for 24 hours." Doubt it will work for me as I barely ever have surveys on the weekend. Hope it helps some of us.

  35. I have gotten that many times.. in fact, yesterday after completing a long survey it did what you described to me and I didn't get any credit. I contacted them.. Have not heard back and they are usually very quick about it- Have to say, now making the site over has caused problems we haven't experienced before..If If it don't work, fix it

  36. I just got an email about a survey on paid viewpoint that I think I already completed, but then it told me that I had two surveys to do, but neither one of them would come up. I think they have some kinks to work out on the new website.

  37. A friend told me about this site a few months ago- I looked it up and it is not listed as one I can do a review on but if I could, I would give it the maximum stars and then some The sight is Verasight. They don't have alot of surveys but will email you if they do and also they may have some on the site. Payout is at 10.00 Good example: today I took a survey and wasn't sure if I got credit for it or not but just ignored it. A few hours later I received an email from them saying they noticed I didn't get the 5 cent credit for not qualifying so they rewarded me 2000 points ( equal to 2 dollars) and thanked me for my patience. Now that's honesty

  38. I get it alot especially on one site.. and it's even before I have responded to a question..

  39. I have seen one survey company (can't remember which one) who warms before you start that if they reach the required number of respondents before you finish, you won't get credit, but for the most part, I think it's a way to get info without ponying up the rewards. If it makes you feel any better, this seems to happen far less often than it did when I took surveys 15 years ago. I'd finish one in 20, maybe, and always get kicked off at the end. It's why I quit taking them back then.

  40. I've gotten that "employed full time" nonsense several times. If they are only looking for people who are employed full time, that's a pretty lame way to do it.

  41. Hope I am not jinxing myself by stating this but I want to give a favorable shout out to Prime Opinion for their response to queries regarding error glitches on surveys. Example being when I finished one that was quite extensive and it didn't revert back to the home page, I took a screen shot and messaged PO. They got back to be quickly and credited me and were very polite.

  42. So, in short, Pinecone isn't worth trying?

  43. I've done the cat survey at least 30 times and never had a problem with it. I got three surveys from the same survey site yesterday that had phishing risks, each one being from a different source. Haven't had a single problem today, so I guess the site owners cleared out the "trash." This is why I like survey sites that ask why you're leaving a survey. It makes it so easy to report dangers like this.

  49. I had a survey about sustainable food/farming tonight for 15 minutes & 30 points. After about a half hour (already). I wasn't even halfway thru the survey. I closed it out. Wasting time frustrates me to no end. And the survey cat survey I took now has 4 videos to watch and the videos are getting longer. I feel like I'm watching the evening news bc it's so long. What happened to watching just political ads? GRRR
