Mainly it's been me beetching and moaning about points not received after taking a full survey, crappy customer service, rewards and things of that nature. There have been times I have mentioned the site and more or less said I'm not the only one ticked off about this, if you don't believe me, check out Survey Police, we are legion. Lo and behold it's worked sometimes, I get my way. So maybe we have some pull. I'll remember to copy and post one next time it occurs.

Honestly why should any of these companies care how fast we complete a survey as long as we don't just "straightline answers"..I type fast & finish surveys fast...it's just their way of you getting a "dq" & or an "error screen" at the end of a survey since you finish too fast..If we give them honest & legit answers they shouldn't care how fast we do any of their surveys

I agree with what was said above. I have been doing surveys on-line since 2007. I have also been tracking my income from panels since then as well. As time goes on I have dropped certain panels and signed up for others. I recently dropped Branded because the income I was making from the panel dropped by over 50% last year. I was also getting accused of rushing, etc. Overall though my income has dropped over time, which I primarily attribute to greed by the market research companies. The reason I stick with it is I like the extra income. I know the panels don't care about us. We are just "data" to them. They need data to sell their product (market research), so because they can't get it for free, they are forced to pay us to get it. But they are constantly trying to minimize payments to us because we are just a business expense. So I expect to get treated poorly because they just don't care. I don't like it, but that is the reality.

Dawn, really hard to hear this. Will keep you both in my prayers.

I used to get points from a couple of the survey companies on my birthday. That has been a few years back and I am sure I am no longer with them at this point. But it was nice to be recognized by them.

I don't qualify for that many, but between the ones I do qualify for and the points from the daily user-generated surveys, it adds up fast enough to keep me using the site.

This may have been asked somewhere before, but what do you think survey sites feel about Survey Police? Is it helpful, a threat, an annoyance or what? I've mentioned it a few times in e-mails I've sent to survey sites, and it's odd the reactions I get sometimes.

Also if you do not receive the points for the daily surveys, it is either because you are not signed in OR likely they are added a bit later. Sometimes they are slow to add on if there is a lot of members online. Please check back a couple hours later and if they are not added on and you cannot re-take the surveys, please contact us and tell us which specific surveys were not added.

Ah....Ipsos I-say. I dumped them about 2 years ago. Paid lousy, long winded surveys that paid pennies. Who needs it? Most of these companies start off good. Then over time they devolve, either get bought out, or their shareholders are too greedy to pay a decent payout and then they start cutting corners. The redemption amount goes up and the survey payout goes down. It's like the Coke Rewards that was first started in 2006. Started out really good. You put in caps and received gift cards, coupons for free soda, etc...It was great. Then they made the NEW coke Rewards. Now it's nothing but donate to schools, a chance to win a $2 Amazon GC (hold me back) and a chance to win $25,000. I've got a better chance of being hit by a meteor. Most of these survey companies really suck now. They're dishonest, selfish and incompetent.

That has been happening a bit lately. I have always opened a ticket , gotten a response within 36 hours , and receives the points.

Hi there I am a Cosmetic Science student, working on a university project focusing on Transparency in Cosmetics. I would be most thankful if you could take my survey! So if you are NOT a fellow scientist or healthcare practitioner, please follow this link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf6RC_GCzIEwrfZtMOoNUCSCg0hvTavyN8FPQOQDrJdgtVNsQ/viewform?usp=sf_link It is very short and may make a real difference in the industry one day ;D Thank you!

Just checked it out. 100 points for signing up. 2000 points is equivalent to $1. So 5 cents for signing up. Get paid into your Bank Account. Minimum transfer is $50. Choose Gift Cards from $5. That's OK. All depends on how many points per survey. Right now it's only showing 5 minute pre screen surveys for 20 points. Don't know if it's really worth adding to the mix for me. Not much different or special here that I'm not already getting.

I have had the same problem Dawn, glad to know I am not the only one. I get caught in some kind of cycle when I try to download these things and it never seems to work. I thought it might be me but apparently others are having the same problems. I started doing what you are doing, X out as soon as I see one coming up. After awhile in taking surveys, you learn what is productive and what is a waste of time. And believe me there is a lot out there that will waste your time. I usually run about 10 panels. that way if I am having problems with one, such as having most of my attempts rejected, I just jump to one that is working better. I always enjoy your comments, keep 'em coming.

NOTE: Most / all survey sites require a minimum dollar amount to be accumulated before you can redeem /cash it. This site "ProductReportCard" requires you have at least $25UI have been able to redeem $25-50 per year thru them. You should see a disclaimer when you try to redeem and you fall short!

Good information in this post. My goal too is 10 dollars a day. Some days it takes longer to get there than others but at the end of the day it is 10 dollars I would not have had otherwise. It does ad up to 300 a month and makes my car payment. Branded is another panel that is good about awarding missing points. You are right, the disqualifications are a fact of life, just shrug it off and move on to the next survey. It took me a while to learn that. Also learn to identify the panels that disqualify you the most often and avoid them or at least don't go to them as often as you do others. That is why it is good to have multiple panels, so you always have somewhere to go next.

I wasn't sure about Point Club at first, but have grown to like them. The trick is to stay with them, they have 'streak levels' where you level up and get more points per survey though you have to check in once a day to do and maintain that. The staff have been quick to respond to anything I have asked about, and I have made more money with them in the 6-7 months I have been with them than any other site, about $300 Paypal cash at this point. Yeah, the sci-fi / superhero stuff can get a bit much, but at least it's friendly and nicer to look at than some sites. There's some stuff on the site I don't use, such as the links to other sites where do you stuff to win points like download games or such. Maybe it's just me, but I'm happy with the site at this point.
