footfree Posted July 22, 2010 Report Share Posted July 22, 2010 They haven't given me my points either.I haven't received any of my points since the 20th of June.This is their response when asked why Dated the 6th of July Hi Kim, Due to technical difficulties the points have not been added to your online account for surveys ____,___ and______ . We are aware of the issue and are working to correct it as quickly as possible. Rest assured you will be awarded the promised points once we resolve the issues. Please visit our website again at a later date to view your points in the 'Completed Surveys' section. Cordially, I shot them off another letter just yesterday (20th of July)to see what the hold up was.This has happened before and they have corrected the problem so I will give them a little bit of time to correct it.If not then I guess I'll have to threaten them with the BBB. So I went to their site today and all is fine.I have gotten my points and I'm getting two PT'S from them.So like I said they do screw up every once in awhile but at least they rectify the problem without the hassle.
