I turned in points at lightspeed to go to my Pay Pal account and everything was fine.Then I went to my account over at mysurvey to do the same.However instead of going to my account at mysurvey it went to my Lightspeed account and wouldn't let me retrieve my points.To say I was a little upset was a understatement.So I shot them off a email.I went and had dinner came back an hour later and tried to retrieve my points,this time all went well.I cant believe they had time to read my email and rectify the problem in such a small time frame(plus this all happened at 6 pm cst).So I'm thinking this merger did indeed take place,why else would it have gone over to my Lightspeed account instead of my mysurvey account?Apparently you cant get your rewards from both companies in such a short time frame.
