And then they'd probably only give you 500 points!! Thats been happening frequently to me since they changed format a while back!Starts out at 1500 and bam its 500.

I barely even qualify for their surveys anymore. I only joined them recently because I've seen many of you rant and rave about them, but I dont see the hype. I don't think they are much better than companies like Branded.

I did a survey for them a few days ago, and the survey was taking forever, and then they had me do this subsurvey which had detailed instructions on how to do it.  It was really complicated, and when I started the subsurvey, apparently I was not doing it correctly, because it would not accept my answer so I could move on to the next question.  I got a big headache because I was so frustrated.  I just finally opted out of the survey.  I could not deal with it anymore.  It was something where you had to rate your emotions about things.  I had already spent at least 30 minutes on the survey when I opted out.
