What a POS company this is.

I just spent 15 minutes doing a survey (693009) regarding checking account overdraft protection. I give them my opinions on what I understand and don't understand about example overdraft statements and then I come to the last few questions. They ask how many debit card purchases I make in a month, how much I spend in a month, and my annual income. After answering those questions I receive a "you did not qualify to complete this particular survey".

Obviously, I don't recommend them and am dropping them.

I've always had good luck with Socratic Forum and I've been with them for over 5 years. But you know how it is, you win some, you lose some. I hate it when my time is wasted that far into a survey only to be screened out. It's too bad it happened to you and that it happened with them. Guess they aren't all they're cracked up to be for some respondents.

Well, I countered my loss by eating a yummy cream cheese danish.

Update: I sent them an inquiring email and they responded that there was a "technical issue" and that I would receive the amount of the survey.
